The problem

One missed detail can sour an entire launch.

The page looks finished. Then the client finds an empty social preview, a broken CTA, an accidental noindex, or a form nobody can use. The checks exist—but they are scattered across tools, spreadsheets, and people.

The checklist is scattered

SEO is in one tool, accessibility in another, and final content checks live in someone’s document.

Findings have no owner

A list of problems does not tell your team whether content, design, marketing, or engineering should act.

Launch status gets lost in chat

When the client asks what was checked, screenshots and thread replies are not a reliable answer.

A report your team can use

From “something looks wrong” to a clear launch decision.

Every scan separates blockers, warnings, improvements, passes, and manual checks. Findings include the affected element, a recommended fix, and the team that should own it.

How it works

Scan, assign, and clear blockers before launch.

Three steps. Then a person.

  1. 01

    Scan the page

Enter a public staging, preview, or production URL. PublishPass reviews the delivered page—not a design file or checklist.

  2. 02

Send each fix to the right team

Findings are categorized for content, marketing, design, or engineering, with blockers kept separate from recommendations.

  3. 03

Share, save, and clear the board

Share the report link today. Signed-in users save to Launch Room, assign owners, and update finding status until the page is ready.

Automation finds the evidence. A person makes the final decision.

Agency · AI

Acceptance criteria in. Claude drafts the release call.

AI Release Review runs inside each Launch Room project: scan the preview, optionally paste acceptance criteria, then Claude AI writes a memo and pushes unmet items onto the findings board.

What gets checked

One release review. Every launch-critical category.

Accessibility

Missing alternative text, form labels, document language, heading structure, landmarks, ARIA issues, and automated axe-core findings.

Search visibility

Titles, descriptions, structured data, and the metadata search engines use to understand the page.

AI discovery

Crawler access, robots.txt, indexing directives, snippet limits, canonical URLs, redirect chains, firewall challenges, and login or cookie gates.

Social sharing

Open Graph metadata, X cards, social images, URLs, and image dimensions.

Links and trust

Broken destinations, HTTPS, mixed content, and essential security headers.

Content readiness

Placeholder copy, missing contact routes, empty links, and unfinished page elements.

Manual review

Keyboard behavior, writing quality, visual meaning, interaction flows, and other checks automation cannot honestly approve.

A clean scan supports your review; it does not certify WCAG or legal compliance.

Why not Lighthouse?

Lighthouse is a lab. This is a desk.

FAQ

Straight answers

What is AI Release Review?

An Agency project action: PublishPass scans a preview URL, then Claude AI compares your pasted acceptance criteria to that scan evidence, drafts a release memo, and adds unmet or unclear criteria to the project findings board. It cannot invent findings—only cite what the scan found. It is not a WCAG certification.

Is this another SEO audit tool?

No. Search visibility is one part of the release review. The product also checks AI discovery, accessibility, sharing, trust, links, and content readiness, then organizes findings around a launch decision.

Does this replace Lighthouse?

No. Lighthouse remains useful for performance diagnostics. PublishPass adds cross-functional ownership, manual checks, shareable reports, and Launch Room—saved projects with editable assignees and status.

Does a clean report mean my site is WCAG compliant?

No. Automated testing cannot certify accessibility or legal compliance. Every report identifies the checks that still require a person.

Does this guarantee AI rankings?

No. AI discovery checks whether crawlers can reach and read the page—not whether a model will cite or rank it. A clean scan supports your launch review; it is not a ranking promise.

Can it scan staging pages?

It can scan publicly accessible preview and staging URLs. Password-protected and private-network pages require a future integration.

What happens to submitted URLs?

Tracking parameters are removed. Reports are retained according to the published privacy policy and are not presented as certifications.

Do not let the client become your QA process.

Check your next marketing page before it becomes someone else’s problem.
