The desk
PublishPass is a pre-publish audit for live pages. These terms cover use of the desk, including proofs you run and reports you receive.
Your pages
You may only submit URLs you are authorized to review. A proof is a reading of a public page, not a license to scrape, copy, or republish someone else’s work.
The mark
Findings are guidance. They do not certify legal compliance, accessibility conformance, or fitness to publish. You remain responsible for what ships.
Acceptable use
Do not use the desk to probe private networks, bypass access controls, or load URLs you are not authorized to review. We may suspend accounts that abuse the scanner or interfere with the service.
Beta and paid plans
Paid plans are Solo ($15/month) and Agency ($49/month), billed through Stripe. You may cancel through the billing portal or by email; refunds are handled case by case during beta.
Availability
The desk is provided as-is during beta. Scans depend on third-party pages and infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, report retention, or that every issue on a page will be detected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelCulture LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the desk, including launch decisions made from a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you use the free plan.
Account termination
You may stop using the desk at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, abuse, or non-payment on a beta plan.
